At The Wall Chronicles, we are committed to delivering a seamless and elevated experience – from the moment you place your order to the time it arrives at your doorstep. Each wallpaper is treated as a carefully curated design element, and our shipping process reflects the same attention to detail that defines our brand.

Order Processing

Orders are processed only on business days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Once prepared and quality-checked, your order is dispatched through our trusted logistics partners. Standard or in-stock orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. Custom wallpapers, crafted to your exact wall dimensions, require approximately 2 to 3 weeks depending on complexity, scale, and finish. Please allow the full production window to ensure the highest print quality and colour accuracy.

Delivery Timelines

We aim to ensure timely and secure delivery across all locations. For domestic shipments within India, estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, accessibility of the location, and courier operations.

Payment

We accept Credit or Debit Card, Net Banking, and UPI. We do not offer a Cash on Delivery option. Payment is made online prior to printing and dispatch.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges within India are included in the price. The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST and shipping, but exclusive of any other taxes applicable in your region. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Packaging

Every order is packaged with utmost care to maintain the integrity of the wallpaper. Wallpapers are rolled and packed in high-strength protective tubes or rigid packaging, ensuring protection against creasing, moisture, and transit damage. Each shipment undergoes a final quality inspection before dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing a tracking link. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real time and stay updated on estimated delivery dates.

Shipping Address and Delivery Responsibility

Customers are requested to provide accurate and complete shipping details, including a full address with landmark, correct PIN or ZIP code, and a valid contact number. The Wall Chronicles is not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or re-delivery charges arising from such errors.

Delays and External Factors

While we strive for timely delivery, certain delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather disruptions, logistics or courier operational delays, and remote or restricted delivery locations. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding. Our team will keep you informed wherever possible.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

We take great care in packaging and shipping; however, in rare cases, if your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images of the outer packaging and the damaged product. If a shipment is lost in transit, our team will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly. Resolutions may include replacement or store credit, depending on the case. Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution – please inspect your order upon receipt.
