At The Wall Chronicles, each wallpaper is thoughtfully curated and crafted to elevate your space. Due to the bespoke and design-led nature of our products, we follow a considered approach to returns and refunds – ensuring fairness while maintaining the integrity of our offerings.

No Return / Exchange

As most of our wallpapers are made-to-order or printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and processed. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order, check dimensions, colour tones, and specifications, and request samples wherever possible.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

We offer a replacement or refund only under the following specific circumstances. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear images of the outer packaging and the damaged wallpaper. If you receive a product different from what was ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery and provide supporting images and your order details. In the rare case of a production defect, please report the issue before installation with detailed images highlighting the defect. Installed wallpapers cannot be claimed under manufacturing defects – please inspect all rolls thoroughly before beginning installation.

Resolution Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost, or a refund or store credit may be provided based on the situation. The Wall Chronicles reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution after thorough inspection of the reported issue.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be applicable in cases involving a change of mind after order confirmation, incorrect measurements or quantity ordered by the customer, colour variation due to screen or display differences, damage caused during installation or handling, or delay in reporting issues beyond the stated timeframe.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Note on Installation

We strongly recommend inspecting the wallpaper thoroughly before installation and engaging a professional installer for best results.
